The Tool Master series is offered in 3 different base models: Tool Master 10, Tool Master 250 and the Tool Master 5 with the tool master 10T being the same as the 10 but with an image processing system. These bench top pre-setters are engineered for maximum rigidity and precision.  The measuring electronics of each unit are designed to be user friendly and require no special operator training. Each unit is provided with a RS 232-C / V24 interface which can be readily integrated into a DNC tool management system, with integrated post processing of tooling information.  The Tool Master 4 is packaged, as standard, with software and an interface cable for ASCII code data transfer to Windows Excel ®.
